About the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course:

This course is designed for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, and tension in their life, as well as those curious about mindfulness practice.

Stress often arises from work, relationships, or situations where we lose something or someone important, making life feel out of control. Even small but persistent daily tension can have negative effects over time. When the challenges we face become too overwhelming, it’s difficult to function without professional help.

In this course, we provide strategies to address both existing stress symptoms and daily triggers. Participants learn how to live a mindful, peaceful life amidst today’s fast-paced world.

What the Course Looks Like:

The course is workshop-based, focusing on mindfulness practice and its application in daily life. Over 8 weeks, participants attend 2.5-hour sessions, each with a specific theme and exercises.

Throughout the course, we encourage open communication, both during sessions and outside of class. Participants receive session summaries and guided practice recordings. Independent practice at home is an essential part of the course, allowing you to turn these learnings into daily habits.

Before signing up, please consider whether you can dedicate 30-45 minutes daily to practice. Read more about the Stress Reduction Course…

Course Participants' Feedback

I am very grateful and have gained so much from the course. From the very first day, I felt completely at ease in the cozy Sanghaloka space. Many thanks to Dawid for the thorough explanations and the way he presented the topics—it was all delivered in a very clear and easily digestible way 🙂

Here and now, I’m happy to be meditating 4-5 times a week. What I’m taking with me is: openness to different forms of meditation and experimentation, emphasizing the role of acceptance on my journey, and additional practices beyond meditation that support mindfulness training. I plan to repeat the course at some point in the future 🙂

Course Participants' Feedback

Thank you so much for the 8-week course, which brought peace, mindfulness, and reminded me of the joy found in small things, and how important my breath is. You have no idea how much I needed your classes at this moment. I am very grateful for this time, for your knowledge, which you shared with us in a professional, calm, and patient manner. I also thank you for the materials and access to recordings, which will support my practice of meditation, kindness, and mindfulness.

“Through the eyes of a course participant”

I had the pleasure of participating in Dawid’s mindfulness course both in person and online.

Both formats are highly recommended, although they are slightly different.
In the in-person sessions, I particularly appreciated the exchange of experiences among participants. It was an opportunity to form deep connections and realize that we all face similar life challenges.

I would like to thank you very much. I didn’t expect it, but this course – I think I can say it – has definitely elevated the quality of my life. I discovered entirely new possibilities, the topic really intrigued me, and I plan to continue on this path.

Very well-structured and paced topics. You talk about seemingly obvious things, yet becoming aware of them really changes the perspective. A great balance between theory and meditation practice. I return to the training materials from time to time to reinforce the topics you covered, and I’m eager to revisit the exercises. The 8 weeks were perfect to start the mindfulness journey, and what I gained from the course already allows me to continue exploring the subject on my own.
