Dawid Faron

I began practicing mindfulness and meditation in 2008. What started as a fascination gradually became the foundation of my life. Since 2015, I have focused on the Breathworks approach to mindfulness. I completed a two-year training course and am now a certified teacher of this method. I regularly attend trainings and meditation retreats in the United Kingdom to deepen my expertise.

In my daily life, I practice with the Triratna Buddhist Community, where I also teach meditation, further expanding my experience in this field. From April to August 2019, I participated in a meditation retreat in the mountains of Spain, completely disconnected from the outside world.

For me, mindfulness and meditation are not just my work but also a profound interest that I continue to explore as I delve into the depths of the mind. Besides that, I enjoy trail running in the mountains and playing the guitar.
