8-Week Stress Reduction Course
for English Speakers

8 July – 26 August 2026 Wednesdays 18:30–21:00 Kraków, Augustiańska 4 Max. 12 participants

This course is for you if…

  • You experience stress at work, in relationships or in everyday life – and want to learn to work with it, not just endure it
  • You're dealing with anxiety, tension or difficult emotions and don't know how to process them
  • You're curious about mindfulness and meditation – and want to learn properly, from the ground up
  • You're looking for a lasting change, not a one-off experience – and are ready to practise at home between sessions
  • You want to live more consciously – to be truly present in your life, not just going through the motions
  • You're an expat, international professional or English speaker living in Kraków

What you'll learn
over 8 weeks

The course is workshop-based – we learn mindfulness practice and how to apply it in daily life. Each week has its own theme and related exercises.

Throughout the course you'll receive session summaries and guided practice recordings. Independent home practice is a key part of the course – it's what turns what we learn in sessions into a daily habit.

Before signing up, please consider whether you can dedicate around 30–45 minutes daily to practice. This is the essential condition for the course to bring real results.

Feedback from the course

"I am very grateful and have gained so much from the course. From the very first day, I felt completely at ease in the cosy Sanghaloka space. Many thanks to Dawid for the thorough explanations and the way he presented the topics – it was all delivered in a very clear and easily digestible way."

Kasia Majsterek

"Thank you so much for the 8-week course, which brought peace, mindfulness, and reminded me of the joy found in small things, and how important my breath is. I am very grateful for this time, for your knowledge, which you shared with us in a professional, calm, and patient manner."

Course participant

"I didn't expect it, but this course has definitely elevated the quality of my life. I discovered entirely new possibilities, the topic really intrigued me, and I plan to continue on this path."

Monika Barzycka

"Very well-structured and paced topics. A great balance between theory and meditation practice. The 8 weeks were perfect to start the mindfulness journey, and what I gained from the course already allows me to continue exploring the subject on my own."

Course participant

"I had the pleasure of participating in Dawid's mindfulness course both in person and online. Both formats are highly recommended. In the in-person sessions, I particularly appreciated the exchange of experiences among participants – we all face similar life challenges."

Monika Godlewska

"Once again, I sincerely thank you for your kind presence during the course. It was the beginning of a beautiful adventure that is meditation."
