All courses are based on mindfulness. They are designed for everyone, regardless of age, health, lifestyle, nature of work or worldview. We show how in a practical way one can use mindfulness practices to improve your health and quality of life.

8 week stress reduction course
Stress reduction course is designed for everyone in whose life stress is present and it is associated with it anxiety, tension, overload.
Most often we experience stress at work, in relationships with loved ones. It can be linked to a loss or to another situation when our life is out of control. It may be that the amount of problems we are facing is huge enough that without outside help we are unable to function.
During the course we offer strategies to deal with the symptoms as well as the daily bombing of new stimuli. We teach how to live a full, peaceful life in todays constantly changing world . Read more …
